Maximum period for returns or exchanges: 20 calendar days from the date of purchase until the date of receipt of the package by Castaño de Indias.

* For your Christmas gifts, orders placed between November 16 and January 6 can be returned until January 25.

* For Outlet orders, the order amount will be refunded in the form of a discount coupon with no expiration date.

Any exchange or return can be made at our physical store at Calle Zurbano 52 (entrance via Rafael Calvo), Madrid. Providing confirmation of purchase.

TO MAKE A CHANGE

If you are exchanging sizes , you must send us the returned item (by certified mail or by courier, whichever suits you best). You can put a note inside the package stating the size you want to exchange it for, and then the same day we receive the package, the new size will be sent (without shipping costs), which will arrive within 24/48 hours.

If you are exchanging the item for another model , once you have returned the item to be exchanged, it is best to request a discount voucher with an additional 10% gift, and with this voucher you can exchange it for the item of higher value, benefiting from the 10% gift. We will send you this new item without shipping costs. You can request this voucher by filling out the form and always including a note in the package of the returned item.

TO MAKE A COLLECTION RETURN

You can apply for one of these two options.

• DISCOUNT COUPON OPTION + 10% ADDITIONAL GIFT

You will be able to have a coupon that will be valid as a discount voucher for another purchase. This discount coupon will be the TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE, WITHOUT DISCOUNTING ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING AND ADDING AN ADDITIONAL 10% (OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU) AS A GIFT.

The voucher will be sent to you by email for the total amount + 10% and will not have an expiration date. It can be used in one go or in several purchases until the amount is exhausted. You can redeem it for whatever you want, whenever you want, and enjoy an additional 10%.

• MONEY BACK OPTION

If you want a refund, once we receive the returned item, we will REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID FOR YOUR PURCHASE. You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the product via the same payment method you used to make the purchase within a maximum of 7 business days from receipt of the package. We will send you a notification of the refund made, and from this moment, it may be immediate or take a few days, this will depend on your bank. If it takes longer, you should check with your bank.

For both changes and returns we require the following from the customer:

• Wrap the product to be returned, to send it by certified mail or courier, of your choice, but always with receipt and tracking number, to avoid losses. The return costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
• Include a note in the package stating your name, order number and the return option you have chosen (discount voucher or money back) or the size change you want.

• Always keep the shipping receipt.
• That no more than 20 calendar days elapse from the date of purchase until the date of arrival at Castaño de Indias of the return.

* Vouchers issued are never refundable.

* Shipments to the Canary Islands: for returns from the Canary Islands, we are not responsible for any duties or taxes that must be paid upon receipt of the return. These will be paid and then deducted from the customer's voucher or refund.

* Returns by cash on delivery are not accepted by the customer, so if an item is returned in this way, the amount paid to the courier will be deducted from the refund or discount voucher issued to the customer for the return of the item.
