13.--Purchase Conditions and Right of Withdrawal

Return conditions:

All items must be returned in new condition, with no signs of having been used or washed, and without stains or odors. They must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent and received; otherwise, no exchange or return will be accepted.

Online orders can be returned to our physical store at Zurbano 52, 28010 Madrid. If it is a change of size or model, it can also be done in the physical store. If it is a return, even if the product is delivered in the physical store, the refund or issuance of the voucher will be made digitally, by the same means as the online purchase.

However, they cannot be returned through our multi-brand points of sale since they are not our own points of sale.

This return policy applies to orders placed online only.

The return policy for purchases made in our physical store at Zurbano 52 is different from the return policy for online purchases, since purchases in a physical store and their subsequent return do not allow for refunds. A voucher with no expiration date will be given to the customer to use whenever they want.

Please check the applicable returns or exchange policy at each multi-brand point of sale, as this is beyond our company's control as they are not our own points of sale.

14.- EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Maximum period for returns or exchanges: 20 calendar days (from the date of purchase to the date of receipt of the package at our facilities -Zurbano 52 street-).

* For Christmas gifts, orders placed between November 16 and January 6 will have a 60-day return period.

* For Outlet orders, the amount of the order will be refunded in the form of a discount coupon to be redeemed on the website, with no expiration date.

TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OF COLLECTION ITEMS

If it is a If you want to change your size , you must send us (by certified mail or by courier, whichever suits you best) the returned item. You can put a note inside the package stating the size you want to change it for, and then on the same day we receive the package, the new size will be sent (without shipping costs), which will arrive within 24/48 hours.

If it is a exchange for another model , once you have returned the item to be exchanged, it is best to request a discount voucher with an additional 10% gift, and with this voucher you can exchange it for the item of higher value, benefiting from the 10% gift. We will send you this new item without shipping costs. The way to request this voucher can be by filling out the form and always including a note in the package of the returned item.

TO MAKE A RETURN OF A COLLECTOR'S ITEM

You can apply for one of these two options.

• DISCOUNT COUPON OPTION + 10% ADDITIONAL GIFT

You will be able to have a coupon that will be valid as a discount voucher for another purchase. This discount coupon will be the TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE, WITHOUT DISCOUNTING ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING AND ADDING AN ADDITIONAL 10% (OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU) AS A GIFT.

The voucher will be sent to you by email for the total amount + 10% and will not have an expiration date. It can be used in one go or in several purchases until the amount is exhausted. You can redeem it for whatever you want, whenever you want, and enjoy an additional 10%.

• MONEY BACK OPTION

If you want a refund, once we receive the returned item, we will REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID FOR YOUR PURCHASE. You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the product via the same payment method you used to make the purchase within a maximum of 7 business days from receipt of the package. We will send you a notification of the refund made, and from this moment, it may be immediate or take a few days, this will depend on your bank. If it takes longer, you should check with your bank.

- CHANGES

When we receive the returned item in our warehouses, and after checking its availability, we will proceed to send the new item, after paying the new shipping costs. 1- In cases where you consider that the purchased product does not fit your needs, you may request a change (of size or product) within a period of 20 calendar days, provided that it is for the same amount .

To do this, you will have to tell us what size or model you need, and after checking that said size or model is available, we will proceed to send it, free of charge.

Return costs are always the responsibility of the customer. We remind you that you can send it either by certified mail or by courier, but always with a receipt and tracking number. If the returned product does not have a receipt or tracking number and is lost, Castaño de Indias will not be responsible for the lost product.

2-If the exchange is for another product whose value is higher than the one you made, you must first return the item to us, and once we have received your return, we will send you a voucher so that you can exchange it for the desired item.

The maximum period for returns or exchanges is 20 calendar days. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted after this period.

• Late or bad conditions:

If we receive an item outside the stipulated legal period, in poor condition, with incorrect content or that does not meet the conditions for withdrawing from the contract (with signs of having been used, wrinkles, odours, stains of any kind and in the absence of any element belonging to the item such as linings, belts, ornaments... or the components of its packaging such as seals, covers, garment bags, gift boxes, and original labels attached to the garment as they were sent) you will not be entitled to a refund of the corresponding amounts.

• Steps to follow for a return:

Customers wishing to make a return must follow these steps:

* Wrap the product to be returned, to send it by certified mail or courier, at your choice, but always with receipt and tracking number. If the returned product does not have receipt or tracking number, and is lost, Castaño de Indias will not be responsible for the lost product,

* Include the purchase receipt that we always send inside the package in the return package or, failing that, include a note stating the order number and name.

15.--Cancellations:

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the date the order was placed on our website. In the event of cancellation, this must be communicated by email within 24 hours of the purchase being made.

16.- Availability of items (stock):

All orders are subject to product availability at the time of shipment and quality control prior to order preparation. If there are any difficulties in supplying the items, such as a defect or quality fault detected at the time of preparation, or if there are no items in stock, the total amount paid will be refunded and the order will be cancelled.

17.-Tags or defective products

At Castaño de Indias we only sell items in perfect condition. If, exceptionally, you receive a garment with a defect, manufacturing defect or stain, please contact us immediately by email so that this is recorded in writing within 24 hours of receiving the package, attaching an image of the defect, stain or flaw. After this period, no claim for defect or flaw will be accepted, and the item may therefore be rejected for return as there is no traceability or tracking of it. A defect or defective product is considered to be a product that has a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality or finish.

Wrinkles caused by folding, packaging and transport, or colour variations due to the nature of each fabric and dye, are not considered defects. We make a huge effort to reflect the colours of all our items in the photographs on the website as closely as possible to reality, but due to the settings of the computer screens or devices of each user, we cannot guarantee that this is 100%.

 

18.- Promotional codes or discount coupons:

Promotional discount codes cannot be combined with each other. Only one discount code can be applied per order. No retroactive effect.

- Gift cards :

Gift Cards or credit/store voucher returns are non-refundable and have no expiration date.

19.-Warranty:

If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of 20 calendar days to return or exchange an item, thereby exercising your right to withdraw from the purchase under this contract.
